Terms of Service of Website Use

§1 General Provisions

  1. This Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") defines the rules for using the website (hereinafter: "the Website") operated by Smartx Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Katowice, KRS: 0000679187, NIP: 6263025957, REGON: 367550779, (hereinafter: "Service Provider").
  2. The Terms are provided free of charge via the Website in a manner enabling the User to acquire, reproduce, and save them.
  3. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Terms.
                  

§2 Definitions

         
  1. Service Provider – the entity operating the Website, as defined in §1.
  2. User – any natural person using the Website.
  3. Website – the website available at https://sitejet.uk/, through which the Service Provider makes content available to users.

  1. The Website is informational in nature and provides users solely with content in the form of articles, guides, and multimedia materials.
  2. The Service Provider does not offer product sales, user account registration, contact forms, or newsletter subscriptions.

  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by the publication of a new version of the Terms on the Website.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of universally applicable law shall apply, including the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the Consumer Rights Act.
